Providing information by the client
When transmitting an application form via the website, the client provides the following information: surname, name, email address, phone number (the IP-address of the client's computer is recorded automatically). For a number of training programs, it is required to indicate the company (place of work), city and position.
The client, indicating on the website during registration his contact information (last name, first name, contact phone number, e-mail address), understands that the data entered by him is not personal data that identifies the client on the basis of clause 1 of Article 8 of the Federal Law of 27.07. 2006 N 152-FZ as amended by Federal Law of 25.07.2011 N 261-FZ, are provided to the company voluntarily, and to the extent necessary and sufficient for the company to fulfill its obligations to the client.

The company undertakes not to disclose the information received from the client. The provision by the company of information to agents and third parties acting on the basis of an agreement with the company to fulfill obligations to the client is not considered a violation.
It is not considered a violation of obligations to disclose information in accordance with reasonable and applicable legal requirements.
The company is not responsible for the information provided by the client on the website in a public form.
Newsletters and informational mails
Registering on the website, the client agrees to receive advertising and informational mails from the company (program announcements, course schedule, notifications about important events, information about payment and payment documents, etc.).
The frequency of receiving letters is no more than one message per day (on the date of training events, it is possible to receive up to 3 messages). The option to unsubscribe is provided in each message in the form of an "unsubscribe" link.
