1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) refers to the website of the TSQ Consulting online store located at www.shop.spbtraining.ru, online.tsqconsulting.ru, knowhow.tsqconsulting.ru, morozoval.com and to all relevant sites linked to the website www.tsqconsulting.ru.

1.2. The website of the TSQ Consulting online store (hereinafter referred to as the Site) is the property of SPb-Training. Corporation of Success LLC.

1.3. This Agreement, as well as information about the Services presented on the Site, are a public offer in accordance with Article 435 and Part 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1.4. The relations between the Buyer and the online store are subject to the provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation on the sale of goods by remote means (Article 497 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 25.10.2007 N 234-FZ), as well as the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights" of 07.02.1992 No. 2300 -1 and other legal acts adopted in accordance with them.

1.5. The buyer can be any individual or legal entity capable of accepting and paying for the goods ordered by him in the manner and under the conditions established by this Agreement, on the territory of the Russian Federation.

1.6. The online store reserves the right to amend this Agreement.

1.7. This Agreement should be considered in the form as it is published on the Site, and should be applied and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.


2. Information about the Services

2.1. Services are presented on the Site in the form of Programs, ready-made materials, events and physical goods, which are subject to copyright and which are the property of the online store.

2.2. Each Service is accompanied by information: text description, sometimes video fragments, price.

2.3. At the request of the Buyer, the manager of the online store is obliged to provide (by phone or by e-mail) other information necessary and sufficient, from the point of view of the Buyer, to make a decision on the purchase of the Services.

2.4. The price of the Services indicated on the Site may be changed by the Internet store unilaterally

2.5. In case of a change in the price of the Services selected by the Buyer, the manager of the online store, if possible and necessary, informs the Buyer about this (by phone or via email) to receive confirmation or cancellation of the order. If it is impossible to contact the Buyer, this order is considered canceled.


3. Procedure for purchasing Services

3.1. The Buyer has the right to place an order for any Service presented on the Site. The order can be placed by the Buyer in the following way: independently on the Site, by contacting the managers of the company.

3.2. After placing an order through the Site, an email confirmation of payment is sent to the specified email address of the Buyer, with information about the purchased Service. If necessary, the manager of the online store contacts the Buyer (by phone or via e-mail) to obtain the necessary information to provide the Services.

3.3. The Buyer has the right to refuse / replace the Service at any time before receiving:

• In the case of delivery of a physical product. Since the product is subject to copyright, the buyer must inform about the cancellation of the purchase 12 hours before sending the goods to the address indicated by him by courier or Russian post. Otherwise, the product is considered purchased and cannot be returned.
• In the case of purchasing participation in an event. If the buyer informs about the impossibility of participating in the event no later than 5 hours before the start, then he has the right to use the amount contributed for the event as payment for an event of similar value. The buyer has the right to return the amount paid for the event if he informs about the impossibility of participation no later than 10 hours before the start.
• In the case of teaching materials and other materials of text, video and audio content. After paying for the goods and sending the materials, the Buyer has no right to demand a refund, since the goods are subject to copyright and the materials are available to him. If the Buyer wants to return funds for teaching materials, then he must inform about the cancellation of the purchase before sending him the materials to the specified email address.

4. Method of obtaining Services

4.1. The receipt of the Services ordered in the online store occurs through the Buyer's participation in the event, sending a link to materials that are located in the Cloud storage on disks, or by sending physical products through the services of the Russian Post or courier service (as agreed with the Buyer).

4.2. The fact of receiving the Services by the Buyer is payment for the physical product and its delivery service, receiving a link to methodological materials or direct participation of the Buyer in the selected event. Also, when paying through a legal entity, it is necessary to exchange acts of the performed Services.


5. Payment for the goods

5.1. Payment methods are indicated on the Site for each Service.

5.2. When calculating, the Buyer pays for the Service by transferring money to the representative of the online store through payment on the website or by cashless payment.

5.3. The goods are paid only in rubles.


6. Miscellaneous

6.1. The online store reserves the right to expand and reduce the offer of the Services on the Site, regulate access to the purchase of any Services, and suspend or terminate the sale of any Services at its sole discretion.

6.2. The online store has the right to conduct special promotions.

6.3. In accordance with the Federal Law "On Personal Data", by placing an order, you consent to the online store to process your personal data in order to send information and promote goods on the market, without any time limit. This consent can be revoked by you by sending a written notice. In this case, your personal data will be destroyed, and their processing is terminated within 7 working days from the date we received the notification.

6.4. The Seller undertakes to maintain confidentiality with respect to the Buyer's personal data, as well as other information about the Buyer that has become known to the Seller in connection with the execution of this Agreement, unless such information:

• is publicly available;
• disclosed at the request or with the permission of the Buyer;
• requires disclosure on the grounds provided for by law, or upon receipt of relevant requests from the court or authorized state bodies;
• disclosed on other grounds stipulated by the agreement of the Parties.

6.5. The Seller has the right to unilaterally amend the Agreement by publishing changes on the Site at www.shop.spbtraining.ru, online.tsqconsulting.ru, knowhow.tsqconsulting.ru, morozoval.com, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.

6.6. The agreement is a legally binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller and contains the rules for making purchases in the TSQ Consulting online store.

6.7. This agreement is considered concluded from the moment the seller issues a cash or sales receipt to the buyer, or another document confirming payment for the goods, or from the moment the seller receives a message about the intention to purchase the goods.
